To learn what Onlook can do, open Tips. It shows example requests for the agent, each with phrases you can send as they are, and lists every keyboard shortcut.

Open Tips

In a project, do any of these:
  • Click Tips in the lower-left corner of the editor.
  • Press ⌘/. This works even while you’re typing in the chat box.
  • Click Help at the bottom of the left rail and choose Keyboard shortcuts. This opens Tips on the shortcut list.
To close Tips, press ⌘/ again or press Escape. When you open it again, it’s where you left it. Until you open Tips for the first time, its button glows.

Try a prompt

Prompts shows example requests, sorted into four tabs: To try one:
  1. Click an example to see what it does and phrases to try.
  2. Choose Try it in chat. The phrase goes into your chat box, ready to edit.
  3. Change anything you want, then send it.
To find an example, type in Search.
